For questions about an order, a product, or your subscription, email support@originrx.com. We respond within one business day, Monday through Friday.

Cancel or change your order

Orders move into fulfillment quickly. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible.

Order changes. Address or item changes can be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, changes are not guaranteed, as the order may already be in fulfillment.

Order cancellations. Cancellations are not available once an order has been placed. Our fulfillment process begins immediately after checkout to ensure prompt delivery, and orders cannot be retrieved from the shipping queue.

After shipping. Orders that have already shipped cannot be changed or canceled. You can return the order under our Returns and Refunds Policy.

For questions about ingredients, dosing, third-party testing, or whether a product is appropriate for your situation, email support@originrx.com. We do not provide medical advice — for questions specific to your health, please consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Subscriptions

You can pause, reschedule, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account. For help with subscription changes, email support@originrx.com.
