30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of any OriginRx product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund — no return required.

This guarantee applies to:

  • First-time purchases of a specific product only
  • One refund per product type per customer
  • Products purchased directly from originrx.com

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you received free items as part of a promotional bundle, those items are not eligible for separate refunds.


Returns (Unopened Products)

Unopened, unused products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@tryoriginrx.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return address
  3. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
  4. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Opened Products

Due to the nature of ingestible supplements, opened products are not eligible for return. The 30-day money-back guarantee above applies in place of a physical return for first-time purchases.


Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement at no charge. After this window, your order enters our fulfillment queue and cannot be intercepted.

If your order has already shipped:

  • You may refuse delivery at the door
  • Or return the unopened item at your expense once received

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tryoriginrx.com with your order number and a photo or short video clearly showing the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost. No return of the damaged item is required.


Subscription Orders

Subscription (auto-ship) orders are not eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee. Unopened subscription items may be returned within 30 days of delivery at the customer's shipping expense.

To cancel a subscription, email us at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Refunds will not be issued for subscription orders that have already been processed.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@tryoriginrx.com.


Policy Amendments

OriginRx reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes take effect upon publication at originrx.com. Purchases made prior to a policy change remain subject to the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
